Even the biggest gaming fans will have to admit that there has been some really stinker games released over the years. Everyone will have their own opinion as to the video games that they think were the worst ones ever but the list below is just my humble opinion.

 

- One of the biggest wastes of time when it comes to video games has to be Charlie’s Angels which was released in 2003. It became available on the PS2 and the Nintendo GameCube. Most reviewers gave this the lowest possible score because the game playing was so dull and the graphics so bad. I don’t think I am the only gamer to feel that this was the worst game that was every released.

 

- In 1999 Superman was released for the Nintendo 64 and this turned out to be a right stinker. The monotony of this game means that people thought you would only be able to enjoy it if you had a one hour memory span. The worst aspect of the game is that the controls are so unresponsive.

 

- Probably the worst game of 2009 was Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust. The game is very poorly conceived and the whole thing is just dull. Anyone unlucky enough to have parted with their hard earned money for this game would be justified in being a little bit angry with the game developers. I wouldn’t even take this game as a gift.

 

- In 1982 Atari released E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial video game, and it is still remembered today for being such a terrible game. Most bad games are forgotten pretty quickly but this game is still talked about because it was so bad. The graphics were terrible (even for 1982) and the game play was pants. You may be interested now in playing this game so you can see just how bad a game can actually be.
