World of Warcraft: Priest Leveling Guide

One of the most essential roles in a group is the healer, and few other classes have proved themselves to be as efficient as the priest.  As World of Warcraft has changed over the years, the priest has received the ability to play multiple roles while in a group.
As a shadow priest, they are able to bring formidable amounts of damage to their targets and support their group at the same time.  This is because a few mechanics have been made available to a priest that allow the damage the cause to assist their group through mana and health points.  While they are not directly supporting their group, a percentage of their damage still assists the overall readiness of everyone around them.
Shadows priests also have the ability to cause fear in their targets, which can both be very useful and very detrimental to a group, depending on how it is used.  Fearing a target causes it run around aimlessly away from you, but doing so can cause other nearby creatures to become aware of you.  Doing this unintelligently can cause your group to quickly become overwhelmed.  When playing a priest, you have to be aware of the benefits of macros and understand spell rotations.  It would be wise to try several different strategies and experiment with which one works best for your play style.
A disadvantage of the shadow talent specialization is that in order to be most effective, you have to be in shadow form – this form does not allow you to cast holy spells of any kind.  It is possible to switch out of shadow form and cast holy spells, but switching back and forth can be devastating on your mana.  It can be helpful, however, if your group is in dire need of an additional healer.
Now that World of Warcraft has added the ability for a character to take on a second talent specialization, priests have become a very popular class.  Shadow priests are extremely efficient at questing and solo leveling, and holy priests are among the most popular healers for instances and raids.
Because of their ability to both perform high amounts of DPS, and their powerful healing capabilities, priests continue to be one of the most popular classes in World of Warcraft.  This makes being a priest competitive for spots in raids, and means that you have to really know how to play the class.  By being talented at this class, you will find yourself being invited on a constant basis to end game content.

World of Warcraft: Paladin Leveling Guide

If you are new to World of Warcraft, it is recommended that you look into beginning as the Paladin class.  They are very versatile, and with the newest expansions and patches, they are more efficient than ever.  They are one of the classes that have the ability to play several different roles.
In any group, it is necessary that you have three of the essential roles in order to succeed.  These three roles are a healer, a tank, and damage dealers.  Paladins have the ability to play all three of these roles, and in some cases are preferred.  They are a favorite among players for their superior tanking abilities, and multiple fallback options when things get rough.
Paladins have very unique abilities that no other classes in World of Warcraft possess, and make them a useful class.  One of these abilities is to instantly heal someone once per hour.  Paladins also have the ability to completely shield a target from any damage in a protective bubble – during which the target cannot move or perform any offensive capabilities.  This is very useful when a group is about to wipe out, and the paladin performs this action on the healer.
In addition to playing all three essential roles in a group, Paladins also come with some very interesting and effective buffs that they can provide to the group.  The two best buffs come in 10 and 30 minute increments.  The 10 minute buff is a very focused benefit that affects one person, while the other is more spread out and affects the entire group.
While Paladins are a very powerful class, they are extremely dependant on their mana.  No matter what role they have decided to play, they become very weak if they run out of mana, especially if they are playing the role of the healer.  There are several techniques that are available to make up for this weakness, but otherwise they will need the help of a potion or willing Druid.
Paladins have the ability to wear heavy armor, making them formidable opponents like Warriors.  They aren’t very good long range fighters, however.  They can offset this disadvantage through the use of Librams, which are akin to wands.  A new Libram is available with each talent specialization, and has its own set of uses in a situation.
You must keep a constant watch over the mana bar, while following through the guild and levelling your Paladins. It is suggested that you should try to ensure that it is full at all times, and try to repair yourself when in town. Characters that are armored although are useful as they are not damaged easily, however when you reach level 80 following the guide, you will also find that you have to pay a lot for repairing the armors.

World of Warcraft - Death Knight Leveling Guide

While wandering around the World of Warcraft, you are likely to come across many would-be knights, but none more fearsome than the Death Knight.  Death Knights begin the game at level 55, and are recommended for players that have already experience the content of the game up until that point.
Death Knights have the ability to fill two roles very well; that is the role of a damage dealer and a tank.  The two most popular choices for talent specialization are Unholy and Blood.  As a Blood talent specialization, you gain the ability to do large amounts of damage, and siphon some back to yourself as health.  This allows a Death Knight to continuously pump out damage with less worry about their health points.
When using the Unholy talent specialization, Death Knights have the option of having a very useful companion with them called a zombie.  Zombies are made by casting a skill on a creature once they are dead, and they stay with the Death Knight for long periods of time unless they are killed.  Death Knights can even turn dead allies into zombies.
Remember that Death Knight tanks are quite possible the most feared tanks, as they function much differently than conventional tanks.  Much like Druids, this class has no need for the use of a shield, and relies on unleashing large amounts of damage to replenish itself and its minions.  They have very large amounts of health points, which is useful when going against large raid bosses, and have the ability to both dual wield and use two hand weapons.
Death Knights also have many forms of damage mitigation, which particularly becomes useful when battling multiple enemies at a time.  They do not use rage or mana, but rather have a unique system called runic power.
While runes may seem foreign and confusing at first, it isn’t difficult to grasp.  The idea behind it is that you will need six runes, two of which will be a base type.  The major runes are comprised of frost, blood, and unholy, and can be used in several different ways.  When used correctly, frost and unholy runes can be used to bring out another form of runes referred to as death runes, which can count as both.  This provides you with the opportunity to experiment with several different combinations.
This class will feel very unfamiliar compared to any other class in World of Warcraft, and that is the idea behind it.  With the Wrath of the Lich King, Blizzard has created a character that is unlike any other, and it is recommended that you do some research before dedicating yourself to this class.

WoW: Jewelcrafting Leveling Guide

Jewel crafting came about in the first expansion in World of Warcraft, the Burning Crusade.  The skill allows a person to create various gems of different colors and rarities out of raw materials.  These gems are used in armor pieces and weapons that have “jewel slots” already in them, and provide various benefits to the items they are put in.  Each slot has a color associated to it, and if you use the right colors, you can unlock a bonus benefit that may or may not be helpful to your class.  Either way, you do not have to use the color associated with the slot if you do not want to.
There are several different types of jewels, and each color is known to have a similar effect on the character it is on, depending on the rarity of the jewel.  There are also, however, something called a meta jewel, which has considerably more powerful benefits than the other jewels.  These benefits have certain requirements that need to be met in order for the jewel to become active, however.  Some require certain jewels to already be present on the character, others have more complicated requirements.
Jewels are comprised of four types.  At the bottom of the list are common jewels, sometimes referred to as greens.  While these jewels may give less valuable benefits to those who use them, they are useful because of their inexpensiveness and commonality.  For a player who quickly replaces gear when leveling up, it is a beneficial purchase.  While it may not yield the results of a more expensive jewel, they won’t be using it for long.
Above green items, there are blue quality jewels.  These jewels are rarer than the green quality, and are typically what are used for most items.  They are much more accessible than epic quality gems and provide some very significant boosts.
Then there are purples, or epic jewels.  These jewels offer the best statistical advantages out of all the other jewels, but acquiring them will put a serious dent in your gold stash.  These jewels are very expensive because of how difficult they are to acquire, and the materials that are needed to make them.  You can reduce the amount these epics cost by acquiring the gems that are needed, but to do this will require badges of justice from various heroic instances.
These gems are acquired by utilizing stacks of ore in increments of five.  By using these stacks, you have the ability to acquire random results.  Most often, you will acquire common gems, or greens, and sometimes you will acquire blue quality gems.  In some rare cases, you will acquire a rare epic gem.  It is best to acquire large amounts of ore and use the stacks all in one setting.  In addition to be able to supply your own jewel crafting, you can sell these gems for large amounts of gold.
This guide will allow you to become a level 450 jewel crafter in no time.  Do not make the mistake of trusting other sources, as this method has been heavily researched to be optimal way to accomplish this task.

DPS Shamans can choose among melee and spell castings. Casting shamans are the most popular ones for DPS since they can accompany each spell they cast with earth shock and chain lightning. A spell used against a shaman or a close member of the party can be can be absorbed with the help of one of their totems, and they can even cause an interruption to the generation of any spell.
In multiplayer melee, DPS Shamans are in demand due to the huge number of burst DPS that they put out, taking over their enemies easily and rapidly. Shamans can bring out targets without any problems with the availability of totems and spell interrupts. When it comes to a party, then healing shamans have their say due to the totems that satisfy all their requirements. World of Warcraft: Druid Leveling Guide

Druids are a very unique class.  They join Death Knights as the only class that doesn’t get a shield when tanking.  Druids can also heal, and DPS.  They have a wide rainbow of uses, because in cat form they can also stealth like a rogue.  When a druid is in a shape shift form, they are immune to polymorph.  If they get polymorph cast on them, they can simply shape shift out of it.
Moonkin form is what a balance druid uses to DPS.  It provides not only armour contribution levels to 370% of normal, it also provides a bonus of 5% critical strike chance to yourself and any party and raid members within 45 yards.  Single target critical strikes also instantly grant you a regeneration of 2% of your total mana.  A chance on melee hit to restore mana based on attack power.  This is a rare skill for druid casters that allows them to regenerate mana.  If you specialize, there is also an advanced moonkin form that will add 3% spell haste and 5% of your spirit as additional spell damage.
Druids even get a travel form that allows them to travel fasters while outdoors.  It increases travel speed by 40%. 
Their tanking forms are bear form and dire bear form.  Bear form is the first form a Druid receives, which is later replaced by dire bear form, adding additional stamina of 25% and armour contribution of 370%.
When in water, Druids also gain the ability to shift into their water form, which gives them an additional 50% movement speed and the ability to breath underwater.
At level 70, Druids gain access to their flight form.  This form instantaneously turns the Druid into a bird, even if they are falling at the moment.  Their movement speed is increased by 60%, and when they upgrade to their epic flight form, they gain 280% speed.
Tree of Life is another form that gives benefits to both the druid and party/raid members.  An increase in healing is given to all of the party and raid members within 45 yards by 6%.  Restoration, Innervate, and Barkskin spells are the only spells that can be cast in this form.  The mana cost of all the druids heal over time spells is also decreased by 20%.
Druids when they are healers are known for their Healing over time superiority.  They have many heal over time spells that allow them to keep a constant flow of healing on their target.  Some of their healing over time spells comes with an instant healing component.
Mages often dislike fighting against Druids while in player versus player content because of their immunity to polymorph.  This makes Druids a great class against mage heavy groups.
Druids are the best class for beginners, because they are able to fill any role in a group.  They can be a healer, a tank, a DPS or even a caster, making it very easy to move to a refreshing new part of the game if you become bored of a particular role.  Just stick to this guide, and trust in its information, and you will become level 80 in no time at all.
