How often have you presumed to yourself that you would like to give the PvP options in World of Warcraft a genuine good shot?  Have you marvelled what you would encounter or simply how good your opponents would be?  It can be frightening to consider what you may face if you were to set foot into an arena or battlefield for the first time, but the truth of the affair is that all of those great players were once where you were and all of them got better thru practice and resources such as a good Mage PvP Guide.

Any good Mage PvP Guide will tell you that if you need to be successful in PvP you may prepared for your competitor.  This is especially crucial for Mages who fight with their mana more than their health.  When you run out of mana, you are incapable of offsetting damage any longer, crowd controlling or doing much of anything more.  Mage PvP Guides are almost all designed to tell you that you may focus on dealing as much damage as practical as soon as possible to nearly every class to be effective in PvP.

But, those self same Mage PvP Guides will also tell you that there are exceptions to the rule for Frost Mages especially you may find that there’s a great deal more survivability in your spec because of the power of spells like Ice Block and Frost Nova.  You can mostly resist nearly double the damage as you your counterparts naturally your burst damage potential is seriously reduced but for those who would rather be more deliberate and strategic in battle this is the route to go.

Unlike practice and random test, a good Mage PvP Guide works alongside the expertise of past players to provide a complete outlook on the many strategies you may use to effectively defeat any adversary in the game, even those like the sorcerer who are allegedly built to kill Mages.  The truth is that while a Mage can be very efficient in PvP, they’re among the hardest classes to beat.  There’s less room for mistake and much more room for mistake and while you can work kinks out, having a Mage PvP guide to give you good starting points is nearly imperative to being valuable in this situation.

Discover how your mage can start dominating the battleground and achieve over 2200 honour rating in as little as 38 days with a good Mage PvP guide.

Use a Mage PvP Guide to Rule PvP

March 7th, 2009 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Playstation 2 Games, Playstation 3 Games, Playstation Games

Entering PvP combat as a Mage is an amazing experience, but can be very challenging. Your ability to understand and use your magical abilities against each player class will determine whether you dominate your foes, or get slaughtered by them. Still, Mage PvP combat is special, allowing you to experience the classic fantasy of controlling arcane powers to slay your enemies. You can experience that power if you learn to play the role properly.

It almost goes without saying that to rise to the top of the heap in Mage Player versus Player combat, you must prepared for your opponent. This is especially important for Mages, because all you have is your magic and wasting your mana on the wrong tactics likely signs your death warrant. When you run out of mana, you are incapable of mitigating damage, controlling crowds, or much of anything else. The standard tactics that you’ll find for free online, or in low-quality PvP Guides suggests hammering whatever comes your way as hard as possible right away to keep them away.

But that advice is too simplistic. Here’s one example of an exception to that general rule. Frost Mages have powerful defenses in their Ice Block and Frost Nova spells. That means they are much more robust than the usual caster, and don’t have to worry about dying the second their opponent gets close to them. Clearly there’s more to playing a Mage than just blasting away indiscriminately at anything in sight.

Experience has shown that while Mages can be highly effective in PvP, they are among the hardest of all classes to master. With so many ways you can mess up while working out your tactical kinks, a Mage PvP Guide is truly a wise investment for turning your Mage into an effective PvP combatant. This kind of knowledge is particularly useful when going up against a class like the Warlock, which sometimes are tweaked specifically for assassinating Mages. And with the release of Wrath of the Lich King (WOTLK), life has changed for Mages. You absolutely must have a PvP Guide that accounts for these changes to have any hope of rising into the elite.

Even if you do decide to learn the ins and outs of Mage PvP combat yourself, you’ll find that a quality PvP Guide will contain information that you’re unlikely to discover on your own. It will teach you the most important things to know, saving you a big block of time you would otherwise have to spend dying in battle before you become good at PvP combat.
