Leveling in Warcraft
With the release of The Wrath of the Lich King the number of levels in WoW is now 80, and they vary depending on your character. Questing remains one of the fastest ways to level, so do questing most of the time. Questing has other benefits other than leveling, it also makes you more powerful and gives you more experience.
To compare a quest to your current level take a look at its color coding. Just remember that the more difficult quest will give the biggest benefit to your experience. Quest Color Codes:
- Gray- These are trivial and you should just skip them.
- Green- Easy
- Yellow- Normal
- Orange- Hard
- Red- Very Hard

Having a WoW leveling guide is the best and fastest way to quest. But whatever you do stick to one region completing as many quests as you can until they either become too difficult or you can’t find groups to complete. Once you reach this point, it’s better to move on to more difficult quests.
You’ll find a lot of quests in WoW, but this doesn’t mean you have to complete all of them. Actually this is probably not the best thing to do.
