Mythical Crystals Missions in Dizzywood
Dizzywood is a wickedly fun game for kids. One of the most fun parts of the game are the missions, which are short quests that kids can do to earn badges and coins. Some of the missions are simple tasks but others are performed together with plot lines. One of the bigger mission groups is the Mythical Crystals group which provides several missions to do in the game. These missions are all for Gold Explorers only. Here is a full guide on how to do all of the Mythical Crystals missions that have been made available so far.
Background
The story is that the villian Withering is up to no good again. Emperor Withering ran off with the seven Mythical Crystals. Before he could get away completely with the crystals, Kan the Geomancer managed to cast a spell that broke the crystals and scattered them around the land. Explorers are being asked to aid Kan to recover and reassemble the crystals before Emporer Withering gets to them first.
First Mission: Water Crystal
The first crystal you need to locate is the powerful Water Crystal. The pieces are found next to its source of power: water. There are four pieces of the crystal to locate and they are hidden in Breakwater Beach, Wildwood Glen, Gilbert Square East and Tanglevine Jungle. Once you collect all four pieces, the water crystal is rebuilt and you receive three hundred coins.
Second Mission: Sky Crystal
The next crystal to locate is the Sky Crystal, which fell out of Emperor Withering’s airship and first landed in Skytown. Kan the Geomancer heard from the Cloud Sprite in Skytown that the crystal bounced into Presto’s Edge, but you’ll need to use the ghost ray power to locate it. Then it must be delivered to the Cloud Sprite who will secure it.
The crystal is hidden in back of a wood pile in Presto’s Edge. It is behind the mystery wheel and next to the sign to Wildwood Glen. You need to use your ghost ray power to locate it by casting ghost ray on the pile of wood. The crystal will materialize in that place. Then bring the crystal to the Cloud Sprite in Skytown to finish the mission and get 300 coins for a reward.
Third Mission: Swamp Crystal
The third mythical crystal is the Swamp Crystal, which forms in areas covered with vegetation. One of Withering’s henchmen, Grool Grubnibbler, grabbed this crystal and then fed it to a noxious swamp plant. Head to Canal City Road to battle the crystal out of the plant. Then, take it to the Pathfinder Official in Gilbert Square East. He is in the lower right section of the area.
Fourth Mission: Gloom Crystal
The next mythical crystal is the Gloom Crystal. The gloom crystal is a mysterious crystal which cannot be touched without drinking a protective potion first. Talk to the Wind Bogie, who is next to Kan in the Explorer’s Camp, he will help you create the correct potion you require to prevent you from harm. Then you will find the doom crystal deep inside the Jaguar Temple on the middle platform. You’ll need to levitate over to obtain it.
Fifth Mission: Lava Crystal
The fifth mythical crystal is the Lava Crystal. Lava crystals can be found inside lava rock. Although lava rocks are rare, it’s possible you can find one on the edge of Tanglevine Jungle near the Mt. Kaklakala volcano. To get the crystal, go to the far edge of Tanglevine Jungle. There you see one and then click on it to play a game of Flash cards to finish this mission.
