All the games can be purchased with Microsoft points.Most games are between 400 and 1600 Microsoft points but most are below 800 points.These games are games that most players are familiar with.Xbox games are really not for the hard core gamer, instead the games are designed for casual gamer types.There are several fun and exciting games availble through Xbox arcade, but Im going to look at some of my personal favorites.
Doom is first on my list. Doom was made available to Xbox 360 live arcade on September 27th 2006. This was one of my favorite games when it came it out and it is still loads of fun today. Blast demons and go on a killing spree in the classic multi player first person shooter. This game literally defined an entire genre and generation of games that came after it.I still find Doom very aggressive and challenging and it still has high replay value.
Cooperative play Defender is next up on my memory list.What really brings me back to my ealier game days are classics like Dig Dug, Double Dragon and any of the other Coin-op games.The original side scroller spaceship games is just as addictive now as it was earlier.You can spend hours of flying and shooting when the complex challenges of the more recent games get to be to much.
The last one up is Buku Sudoku.The traditional Sudoku puzzle will give you 360 variations of play which will keep you entertained for hours. A true thinking man’s game this one will again keep me busy for hours on end as I try to get through the different maze of puzzles.
